Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in an insurance claim environment.
• License/Certification: Auto Adjuster License and Property & Casualty License required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address first- and third-party material damage claims (unrepresented and represented bodily injury).
• Obtain statements to establish liability and verify coverage.
• Determine best course for damage extent and review appraisals for errors.
• Communicate claims procedures to involved parties in writing and verbally.
• Review injury documents, establish realistic settlement ranges, and engage with attorneys as needed.
• Document activities in claim file notes and issue payments to payees.
