RGP is seeking an experienced Cash Application Specialist for a busy Accounts Receivable environment. You will process payments (including checks) in NetSuite, match remittance data to invoices, and research discrepancies to apply cash accurately.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cash application, AR, or related function experience.
• Experience in NetSuite preferred.
• Proven ability to match payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong understanding of invoices, remittance details, credits and unapplied cash.

Responsibilities

• Process physical checks and customer payments in NetSuite.
• Match remittance information to open invoices and research discrepancies.
• Reduce unapplied cash and clear the backlog through detailed reconciliation.
