Job summary

Dwellworks Living by CORT is hiring a full-time Cash Application & Accounts Payable Specialist to support its global finance team. This role records incoming payments, processes supplier payments, maintains vendor records and ensures cash activity is reflected in the financial systems.

During training it is onsite; after training, employees may work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Comprehensive health insurance and a 401K with match are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash receipts from multiple bank accounts accurately and obtain remittance information as needed.
• Review bank activity daily to ensure cash is recorded and applied to invoices.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, discrepancies, and other account exceptions promptly.
• Process and apply credit card payments and provide receipts.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure GL balances agree.
• Review and audit vendor invoices by matching details and currencies.
