Southwest Law Firm PLLC is seeking a Case Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of veterans’ benefits cases in a hybrid, full-time setting. The role manages a team including a Case Development Specialist and a Client Advocate, ensuring timely progression, quality, and adherence to VA requirements.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The ideal candidate has VA Disability experience, with minimum education of an associate degree and preferred bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of each client’s case from intake to Final Decision.
• Supervise Case Development Specialist and Client Advocate to ensure timely progress and quality.
• Identify risks, delays, or gaps and implement corrective actions to maintain forward momentum.
