The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school and at least 10 years of experience in VA claims advocacy. Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with a state bar (Michigan preferred).
• Prior VA law experience or a strong interest in disability advocacy.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience advocating for veterans or handling VA claims.

Responsibilities

• Represent veterans in disability benefits claims and appeals.
• Prepare for and attend virtual or in-person BVA hearings.
• Communicate regularly with clients and Case Managers regarding case updates.
