Job summary

Penn State University’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks a self-motivated, customer-focused team member to support career events, including virtual and hybrid locations, while coordinating logistics.

This hybrid role involves registering participants, managing event kits, maintaining inventory, updating the talent acquisition software Yello, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process. Typical hours are 15-20 per week, with possible extra as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; 2+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate events.

Responsibilities

• Register, manage, assist, and participate in delivery of in-person and virtual career events.
• Register, manage, assist, and participate in delivery of college/university student events.
• Maintain inventory and order event supplies; obtain quotes and purchase materials.
• Act as point of contact, supporting updates and maintenance of Yello.
• Assist the ARL Talent Acquisition team in other areas of the recruiting process.
