Job summary

Boston University Questrom School of Business is seeking an Assistant Director of Master of Finance Career Coaching to lead career development services for Master’s students. The role combines individual coaching, career courses, and workshops on campus and virtually, coordinating with Questrom’s career center and other units.

The candidate will document student meetings in the Career Management Platform, track outcomes, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience coaching or counseling graduate students or early professionals preferred.
• Experience working with diverse and international students or advisees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver career development services through courses, individual coaching, workshops, and programs for master's students.
• Collaborate with the BU Questrom career center and other departments to promote and coordinate services.
• Document student meetings and conversations in the Career Management Platform.
• Track internship and employment outcomes in alignment with reporting standards and build program improvements.
