Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related master's preferred.
• 4–6 years in career services, business recruiting, or finance/consulting.
• Deep knowledge of finance, consulting, marketing job markets and recruiting cycles.
• Experience advising students or early‑career professionals and translating industry dynamics into accessible guidance.
• Experience managing others with coaching and performance development.
• Proficiency with Handshake, Lightcast, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and AI tools.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sector-specific career advising for finance, consulting, marketing internships and roles.
• Supervise up to two Assistant Directors with coaching and development.
• Design and deliver a calendar of sector programming and events.
• Engage employers to generate internships and full-time opportunities.
• Analyze labor market data to inform programs and guidance.
• Collaborate across campus with business schools and engineering.
