Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional to join our hybrid team. You will split time between administrative tasks and delivering in-home care to clients.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to support client independence, and collaborative work with a caring team. This position emphasizes compassionate, patient, and reliable service in a home-care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle paperwork accurately and use office software.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Caregiving or direct support experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
