Job summary

Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional to join our team in a hybrid role that blends administrative duties with hands-on care in clients' homes.

You will split time between the office supporting scheduling and documentation and delivering compassionate daily living assistance, meal prep, transportation, and companionship, while collaborating with other coordinators to promote client well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and accurate paperwork.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization for daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities (meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation).
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
