Job summary

Quality Care LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional to join our team in a hybrid capacity, blending office duties with in-home client support.

The role involves paperwork, scheduling, and direct assistance with daily living tasks, as well as collaboration with staff to promote client well-being. High school diploma required; caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
