Qualifications

• 3+ years healthcare admin support in inbound/outbound call centers.
• Coordinate member services and verify information accurately.
• Administer health assessments and insurance/DME authorizations.
• Proficient typing and high-volume email management required.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to members via phone or home visits to discuss care plans and education.
• Coordinate activities with care managers, providers, and caregivers.
• Answer member/provider inquiries about care plans and services.
• Document member records per state/regulatory requirements.
• Identify needs and refer to Care Manager or community resources.
