Job summary
General Dynamics IT in the United States seeks a Senior Solution Architect within the National Intelligence Sector CTO to drive proposal strategy and technical leadership for large-scale DoD programs.
You will lead cross-functional teams, shape technical win themes, and partner with sector leadership to translate complex customer needs into compelling, compliant technical volumes and roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience successfully architecting technical solutions and leading/supporting complex capture pursuits and proposals.
- Experience providing cybersecurity solutions to federal and DoD customers.
- US Citizenship
- Top Secret/SCI with POLY clearance required at time of hire
- Experience with technical leadership and project management.
- Proven ability to lead solution development and technical proposal volumes for large-scale (\$1B+), highly strategic, and complex deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical solution architecture and proposal support resources across capture and proposal lifecycle.
- Develop technical win themes and solution readiness plans to differentiate GDIT in competitive bids.
- Engage customers to socialize and vet solutions and advise on acquisition strategies to meet requirements.
- Lead design and development of architectural models, process diagrams, and operation concepts.
- Develop unsolicited technical recommendations and RFI/SSN responses to position GDIT for win.
- Collaborate with other GDIT lines of business to bring best technical and business strategies.
