Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning.
• 3–5 years in project management, planning, design, or construction observation (parks/trails).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of park and trail projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with HPB departments and external stakeholders to satisfy project needs.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage the procurement process, including consultants and contractors.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with codes.
