Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Project Management or a closely related field.
• Four years of experience in construction, design, landscape design or related fields; substitutions allowed year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scope, schedule and budget development.
• Manage design and construction contracts and procurements.
• Review drawings and site plans including landscape elements.
• Oversee construction processes and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure contract obligations are met and provide project updates.
• Develop good client relationships with departments and contractors.
