LevelUP is hiring a Campus Coordinator to work embedded with the Americas HR team of a leading global investment bank in New York. The role covers day-to-day coordination for junior analyst programs from first campus contact through to promotion.

You'll source early talent, manage campus logistics, coordinate events, onboarding, and reporting, with a focus on organization and candidate experience. Hybrid role with on-site days, strong coordination and stakeholder management skills are key.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment coordination or related HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related field.
• Strong skills in Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and HR systems.
• Client-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Data-minded with ability to work independently; Handshake/Taleo and French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for interns and analysts in the program.
• Source and engage early talent at target schools and networks.
• Handle campus logistics: info sessions, events, interviews, office visits.
• Organize super days, intern sessions, and promotion reviews.
• Support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain timelines and stakeholder updates on actions and deliverables.
• Keep applicant statuses in Taleo and report program data accurately.
• Process invoices and track recruitment fees for regional reporting.
