A leading global investment management firm is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Coordinator to join its Human Capital team within either Learning & Development or Campus Recruiting. In this role, you’ll help deliver a variety of initiatives that attract, engage, and develop employees—working closely with colleagues across the firm to support high-impact programs and events. Base pay range
$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent‑related programs end‑to‑end, including logistics, scheduling, communications, and set‑up for in‑person and virtual events.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate learning, connection, and engagement opportunities.
- Track participation, maintain accurate records, gather feedback, and support efforts to enhance program design and delivery.
- Ensure initiatives are executed seamlessly from initial planning through post‑event follow‑up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field required; one to two years of experience in roles involving multitasking, problem‑solving, and event or project coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Adaptable, curious, and collaborative, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- A client‑service mindset and interest in improving processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
