Responsibilities

• Recruit for full-time analyst roles across development programs.
• Partner with leaders to understand program talent needs and required and preferred qualifications.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-potential early career talent.
• Coordinate and attend college career fairs and Huntington-hosted recruiting events.
• Review applications and resumes; screen and communicate with applicants throughout the process.
• Organize candidate slates, interviews, offers, and placements across development programs.
• Deliver a positive, timely, and consistent experience for candidates and partners.
• Support internship recruitment and early career program recruitment as needed.
• Generate and analyze recruiting data to inform hiring needs and process improvements.
