About the role
LevelUP is hiring a Campus Coordinator to work embedded with the Americas HR team of a leading global investment bank. The team has more than 50 HR professionals across the US, Canada and Brazil. You'll run the day-to-day coordination of the bank's junior analyst programs, covering summer interns and full-time analysts from first campus contact through to promotion.
This role suits someone who loves organizing, enjoys working with students and early-career talent, and wants to build a career in financial services HR and talent acquisition.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the main point of contact for interns and analysts in the program, and helping new hires settle in smoothly
- Sourcing and engaging early talent at target schools through Handshake, campus outreach, referrals and networks
- Handling all campus logistics: on-site and virtual info sessions, campus events, in-person interviews and office visits
- Organizing super days, intern pitch sessions, feedback summaries, promotion committee reviews, analyst rotations and intern and analyst events
- Supporting onboarding so every candidate has a positive experience
- Keeping stakeholders up to date on key timelines, actions and deliverables
- Keeping applicant statuses accurate in the applicant tracking system (Taleo), and working with HRIS to keep program participant data clean and easy to report on
- Processing invoices and tracking recruitment fees and expenses for regional reporting
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment coordination, recruitment coordination or a related HR role
- A bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology or a related field
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with PeopleSoft or a similar HCM system
- A client focus, with excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail, and a solutions-driven approach
- A data-minded, analytical approach and the ability to work on your own
- Nice to have: experience with Handshake or Taleo, and French language skills
