Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–6 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated planning, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with space tracking software (Planon, Attain) required.
• Proficiency in Excel; GIS and CAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of space management procedures.
• Track, analyze, and process space requests and releases.
• Serve on Space Allocation Advisory Committee to advise senior leadership.
• Manage space and landholdings data with GIS/CAD coordination.
• Prepare institutional, state, and federal space reports.
• Support feasibility studies and land-use planning.
