Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR or business administration.
• Commitment to a consistent 2-semester schedule in office and remote.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal hiring for Apachi Day Camp and Camp Chi.
• Post and manage job postings on Indeed, Handshake and more.
• Prepare data import spreadsheets for camp hire uploads.
• Source and screen candidates for seasonal roles.
• Support marketing with recruitment materials for social media and job fairs.
• Run reports in CampMinder, Handshake, and Indeed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
