Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year degree program in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic HRIS familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with team and employees.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by posting openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires, including orientation materials and introductions.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and support internal communications for positive culture.
• Research HR policies and best practices to assist in initiatives.
