Job summary

Solid Ground Solutions is seeking two experienced Call Center Schedulers to join a fast-paced team. You will manage scheduling for crawl space repair, waterproofing, foundation work and mold-related services.

Expect inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails while coordinating across 15+ Project Managers in OH, WV, and MD. You will work with a small team of five schedulers in a collaborative environment, with hybrid work and training to start.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling for multiple teams or PMs.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls, texts and emails.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule estimates for crawl space, basement waterproofing, foundation and mold-related services.
• Coordinate schedules for 15+ Project Managers across Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland.
• Handle calls, texts and emails while keeping schedules organized.
• Support multiple companies and business units in a collaborative team.
