Groundworks in the United States is seeking a Service Scheduler to coordinate maintenance appointments and upsell yearly packages. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, input customer data, and process payments in a high-volume office setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Maintain customer information.
• Enter payment information into our system when selling and upgrading yearly maintenance packages.
• All other duties as necessary.
