Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a CADD Support Consultant to assist in supporting and implementing CADD software and workspaces within the Department. The role focuses on Bentley OpenRoads Designer and Bentley OpenBridge Modeler with some support for InRoads and MicroStation.

The candidate will provide day-to-day user support, software installation, and workspace deployment, while developing best practices and training sessions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years documenting/revising existing and new business processes to meet new/revised CADD software requirements
• 2-4 years combined experience with the above duties
• 2-4 years' experience Department personnel in the development, testing, and implementation of CADD software
• 2-4 years' experience working with CADD software (Bentley Open Roads Designer, OpenBridge, InRoads, MicroStation)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day user support via ServiceNow tickets
• Troubleshooting user issues and software installation
• Assist with external user workspace installation
• Maintain the Department's Engineering Software standards and documentation
• Develop and conduct CADD software/workspace training sessions
• Investigate new CADD technology and recommend implementations
• Document/revise business processes to meet new CADD requirements
• Develop CADD software best practices
