Job summary

Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear technical specs to align with organizational capabilities.

The role supports solutions whether built in-house or purchased and collaborates with leaders to drive technology adoption. The position is hybrid, full-time, 40 hours per week, based in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Background check required; travel may be required; hybrid work environment with 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams (Application Support, Data/Reporting Analytics, Software Development, Network/System Engineers).
• Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions and applications, whether developed in-house or purchased.
• Coordinate requirements intake and process mapping for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support testing, validation, and application support activities.
