Job summary

Everforth Apex in New Albany, OH, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst II to bridge business needs and technology, leading requirements elicitation and shaping MVPs in a hybrid delivery environment.

You will document current and future processes, map data, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with product owners, business teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience leading medium to large enterprise system implementations.
• Experience in agile and hybrid project delivery environments.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, data mapping, and documenting project artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements elicitation sessions with business teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes to define workflows.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, processes, rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to define MVP, must-have, and future-state capabilities.
• Partner with solution vendors and implementation partners to evaluate system capabilities and identify gaps.
• Analyze impacts to upstream/downstream systems, integrations, reports, and procedures.
• Support data mapping across source systems, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
