Responsibilities include writing detailed test plans, guiding UAT, and facilitating scrum sessions to align business interests with technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in business and systems analysis with SDLC
• Experience supporting application development in agile environments
• Proficiency in manual testing of web applications and writing test scripts
• Strong ability to document business processes and map requirements

Responsabilités

• Conduct project initiation to identify problems, objectives, and requirements for applications.
• Lead requirements elicitation and document user needs for new web apps and enhancements.
• Produce detailed documentation per agency guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams in design and development scrums.
• Develop standardized templates to ensure repeatable project documentation.
• Write and execute system test plans and document bugs for developers.
