Qualifications

• 3–4 years of business analysis, operations, systems support, or related business-unit experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, business systems, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Gather business requirements, assess needs, and recommend process or system solutions.
• Analyze operational data; reconcile client files against internal data sets and communicate findings to internal and external partners.
• Research incident tickets, email inquiries, application defects, and data issues; coordinate with IT to ensure timely resolution.
• Track and analyze operational processes, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning and project meetings to support timely delivery of system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation and procedure manuals.
• Support training and implementation of new processes with minimal impact to operations.
• Lead business initiatives that impact workflows, procedures, and systems.
