Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience supporting business systems, applications, or operational technology environments.
Demonstrated experience with enterprise resource planning platforms and system upgrades, enhancements, or implementations.
Strong proficiency with advanced spreadsheet functions and data analysis tools, with knowledge of database querying and reporting technologies preferred.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee admin, support, and ongoing enhancement of core business applications across the organization.
Analyze workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training while maintaining clear process documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs and objectives.
Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and data-driven insights using BI and database technologies.
