Job summary

Covista, America's largest healthcare educator, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team. You will partner with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate data and timely delivery, driving process improvements across our systems.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with experience in documenting requirements, coordinating UAT, and supporting go-live activities. We offer a hybrid schedule and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related field.
• 1+ year experience modeling/designing business processes and/or analyzing data.
• Business operations experience/background preferred.
• Demonstrated success establishing clear priorities to achieve business outcomes.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills; manage tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, document, and publish project data and process requirements.
• Build relationships across the enterprise and understand ongoing initiatives.
• Conduct process analysis and needs assessments to identify improvements.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to document data needs.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for department functions.
• Communicate testing results and any issues or risks to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assignments and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Support go-live activities for new systems or processes.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable policies and processes and share with stakeholders.
• Archive project documentation and test results according to standards.
