Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a business analyst role with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience documenting processes and enabling automation with low-code/no-code tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions to understand business issues and challenges.
• Analyze and document processes, implementing low-code automation where appropriate.
• Document functional specifications, interfaces, reports, and workflows.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and Agile user stories.
