Job summary

You will document requirements, coordinate UAT, manage multiple assignments, and support smooth production go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 1+ year experience modeling/designing business processes and/or analyzing data.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with IT systems analysis/design preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Defines, analyzes, documents and publishes project data, surveys and business processes.
• Builds relationships across the enterprise and understands initiatives.
• Performs business systems analysis to identify process improvements.
• Coordinates UAT and communicates results, risks and issues.
• Manages multiple assignments and tracks progress to deadlines.
• Supports go-live when new systems or processes are productionized.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and processes, archives documentation.
