Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year experience modeling/designing business processes and/or analyzing data.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to interact across the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with IT systems analysis/design.

Responsibilities

  • Define, analyze, document, and publish project data, surveys, and processes.
  • Build relationships across the enterprise and understand initiatives elsewhere.
  • Conduct business systems analysis to identify process improvements.
  • Gather data with subject matter experts and produce insights.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for departments.
  • Communicate UAT results and risks to project teams.
  • Manage multiple assignments per documented plans and timelines.
  • Ensure smooth go-live when new systems or processes roll out.
