Job summary

Focus Partners in the United States is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development team, deliver an outstanding client experience, and help drive growth within the custodial referral network programs.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office per week and the option to work remotely 2 days per week, based on team lead direction. Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, with potential bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative work experience (including internships); financial services experience is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Financial Consultants (FCs) as well as the end-clients through proactive outreach & ongoing communication.
• Provide ongoing sales support to the Business Development Team including scheduling, prospecting, marketing, event coordination, and analytics.
• Utilize CRM and other technologies for all data entry and internal workflow: pipeline & task management, and ongoing client communications.
• Coordinate across business lines with Financial Consultants, Business Development Team and Advisor Teams.
