Job summary

Focus Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development team, delivering an outstanding client experience and helping drive growth within the custodial referral network. This hybrid role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or Bellevue, WA, with 3 days in the office and up to 2 remote days per week.

The role involves engaging FCs and clients, providing scheduling, prospecting, marketing, events, analytics, and CRM-driven workflow.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative work experience (including internships).
• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure, work independently, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Financial Consultants (FCs) as well as the end-clients through proactive outreach & ongoing communication.
• Provide ongoing sales support to the Business Development Team including but not limited to: scheduling, prospecting, marketing, event coordination, and analytics.
• Utilize CRM and other technologies for all data entry and internal workflow: pipeline & task management, and ongoing client communications.
• Coordinate across business lines with Financial Consultants, Business Development Team and Advisor Teams.
