Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Business Development Manager for its PSS Insourcing Solutions division. The role focuses on hunting new clients, expanding partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle from needs discovery to implementation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of consultative life sciences sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong relationship-building skills. This is a hybrid role with travel across PA–MD–NY–NJ region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of consultative sales experience in life sciences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient at closing sales and developing client relationships.
• Experience with prospecting and managing complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time locally within a region.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present how PSS Insourcing Solutions can address them.
• Manage the strategic sales process from prospecting to program implementation.
• Develop action plans to achieve KPIs and sales goals.
• Contract development and negotiation with clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
