Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This results-driven role focuses on building long-term client relationships, closing deals, and driving growth across North America.

You will master Triumvirate's service lines, prospect strategically, and leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines while traveling regionally to meet clients and attend industry events. Compensation includes base 125k-200k USD with uncapped commission.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies.
• 3+ years' successful consultative sales experience.
• Experience with the Sandler structured sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance or willingness to become a subject matter expert.
• Must be a self-starter with urgency and accountability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate's internal and external customers.
• Master and sell all of Triumvirate's service lines, partnering with internal teams.
• Conduct strategic prospecting including referrals and networking at events.
• Cold call new prospective companies matching target profile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments to offer strategic advice.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and accountability.
• Maintain high level of sales activity in assigned region.
• Travel regionally to meet clients and attend conferences.
