Job summary

HADONNE is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities in the A/E/C industry. Based in South Florida with hybrid flexibility, you will build client relationships, develop strategic plans, and prepare competitive proposals and presentations.

Collaboration across departments is essential to ensure project success and client satisfaction. You will leverage market insights, CRM tools, and a proactive outreach approach to expand HADONNE's private and public sector

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning.
Skills in Market Research, Proposal Writing, and Presentation Preparation.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Professional Certifications such as PE and PSM/PSL are a plus.
