Job summary

The Goodkind Group, LLC is seeking a Business Development Associate to support client engagement, lead generation, and growth initiatives. You’ll manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, research prospective clients, and assist outreach through phone, email, networking, and in-person meetings.

Collaborating with the Sales team, you’ll help build relationships, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in business development, sales, or client services preferred
• Comfortable with outreach and networking
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
