U.S. Bank in Reno, NV is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will build and manage client relationships, assess banking needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

You will work with teams across the company to educate clients on deposits and loans, and to identify opportunities to expand our banking services. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
• Understanding of basic financial accounting.
• Ability to sell bank products and cross-sell solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Business acumen across diverse industries and markets.
