Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field and 5+ years defining requirements.
• 3+ years in financial services or advising insurers on personal/commercial lines.
• 2+ years leading a team of analysts through lifecycle stages.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in vendor selection, architecture design, BI/decision support, and PMO.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk.
• Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis for architecture and implementation plans.
• Align solutions with technology infrastructure and vendor selection.
