The Business Analyst translates business needs into clear requirements, reporting, and practical solutions across the Business Transformation Office (BTO) portfolio. Working at the intersection of business transformation, technology, data, and process improvement, this role supports defined components of larger initiatives by analyzing business challenges, developing requirements, executing implementation activities, and measuring results. Salesforce is the primary business platform for this role, alongside reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This is a business-facing implementation role rather than an engineering or platform administration position, partnering with IT when platform-level changes are required.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week.
Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:: $75,000 USD - $85,000 USD
