Job summary

Bulk Equipment Corp. is seeking a Hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager in the Greater Chicago Area. This full-time role combines requirements gathering, process optimization, and cross-functional project leadership to improve equipment, service, and support operations.

You will analyze data, map workflows, and translate insights into actionable plans while collaborating with operations, engineering, finance, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and experience interpreting data to drive business decisions.
Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Business Process skills, such as process mapping, workflow optimization, and standardization.
Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing timelines and deliverables.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Strong proficiency with coding/scripting, spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and reporting/visualization platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Systems, Engineering.
Experience in heavy industry, equipment services, logistics, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
