Job summary

The role supports the full SDLC in a hybrid setup, with responsibilities including documenting requirements, creating functional specs, and providing ongoing functional/technical support to users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in business analysis or tech systems support.
• Knowledge of pension plan administration is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit clear business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and workflows.
• Review and refine complex business processes for system changes.
• Serve as liaison between business users and development teams.
• Create wireframes and prototypes of screens and reporting interfaces.
• Produce high-quality documentation and support the testing phase.
