Responsibilities include crafting wireframes, maintaining documentation, and supporting the lifecycle from requirements to testing. A BA with pension domain knowledge will excel in this role, with a hybrid Seattle-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit clear business requirements through requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate and write detailed functional specifications, system change documentation and process workflows.
• Review complex business processes to determine if new systems enhancements will meet business needs.
• Liaise between business users and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes of screens, dashboards and reporting interfaces
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including BRD, FSD, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing functional and technical support to the business.
