Charlotte, NC/Iseline, NJ • 8-9 years of overall experience and 3-5+ years’ experience working as a Systems or Business Analyst or QA Analyst, documenting and testing requirements using at least one of the following collaborative management tools: Rational Team Concert, Rational Requirements Composer, JIRA, Requisite Pro, Caliber, Rally, Version One, ALM or Confluence. Hybrid option available — Charlotte, NC/Iseline, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners, stakeholders, and tech staff to document and test requirements using the specified collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with executives or vendors
• Experience working with Financial Planning and Wealth Management systems development would be highly desirable
• Financial services industry experience is a plus
• Splunk, SQL, XML/XSD; experience with XML-based test harnesses, web service troubleshooting tools; assist with API design, data models, and understanding DB Entity-Relationship diagrams and documentation a plus
