Job summary

Prowess Consulting in the greater Seattle area is seeking a curious, self-directed Business Analyst/Operations Support Administrator to join our growing team. You will own requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear specs, and support features using PowerBI, Dynamics 365, and basic mockups.

This full-time hybrid role requires being on-site 1–2 days per week and collaborating with colleagues across US time zones.

Qualifications

• Must have recent experience creating and using PowerBI dashboards.
• Experience as a business analyst, including operational support.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Curious, adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to structure unclear problems and determine the right next steps.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and translation of business needs into clear requirements.
• Validation, testing and rollout support for new features.
• Documentation of updates within Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Facilitate and conduct short training sessions for users.
• Plan workshops and events; provide operational support across priorities.
