Job summary

The role requires on-site presence 1–2 days/week, strong Excel skills, and an analytic mindset. You will collaborate with product, insights, and end users, validating changes and training users as needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the greater Seattle area.
• On-site work 1–2 days per week.
• Demonstrated experience creating and using PowerBI dashboards.
• Experience working with teams as a business analyst, including operational support.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Analytic mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to structure unclear problems and determine next steps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, plans, and actions.
• Support reporting using PowerBI
• Utilize Dynamics 365 for customer engagements
• Create wireframes or mockups for handoff to development
• Validate and test new features or changes
• Support user rollout of new features or changes
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, insights teams, and end users to refine requirements
• Document updates within Dynamics and SharePoint
• Facilitate and conduct short user training sessions
• Plan workshops, meetings, events, communications, documentation, SharePoint updates, and other operational activities
• Take ownership of unfamiliar or ambiguous problems and drive them to practical outcomes
