Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of business analysis, systems analysis, or related delivery experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices, testing, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation for small to medium initiatives by facilitating discussions and translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to refine backlog items, support prioritization decisions, define scope, and ensure requirements are understood for design and development.
• Analyze source data, business rules, and process dependencies to support solution design, reporting, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate and assist in User Acceptance Testing activities, including test planning and execution support.
• Provide level 2 application support, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with IT to restore service.
